  I started shopping at Ulta as it was closer than Sephora. They roll their eyes when you want to return products even though their return policy specified you have 60 days. Watch out if you don't have a receipt they'll give you a hard time and try to tell you it's past the return period when really they are supposed to honor the item with store credit. Then they will try to give you a scam of a markdown store credit say 3.50 for a 23 dollar item with the excuse that it's what the item last sold for. Customer service is inexistent. They never have in stock what says IN STOCK on the website for the location. The store is disorganized. Sephora customer service surpasses this place by a landslide and the products can all be found much cheaper online and at Walmart. At least Walmart will honor their policy without the attitude.
